Law360, New York (May 9, 2017, 6:03 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Tuesday affirmed an Illinois federal court’s tossing of an infringement case involving a wireless communications patent that an appellate judge had deemed a “pain in the ass,” punting on a related question of whether attorneys’ fees are warranted in the suit.
