Visteon Not Sure It Can Remain A 'Going Concern'

Law360, New York (March 18, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Former Ford Motor Co. subsidiary Visteon Corp., one of the largest automotive suppliers in the U.S., has delayed filing its annual 10-K report with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission because of doubts from its auditor that the company can stay afloat.

The auto parts supplier's 2008 regulatory report, which was due this week, will include a notice from its auditor announcing uncertainty over whether Visteon can survive, according to the company's Tuesday update to the SEC.
