Proskauer Partner Says Bias Complaint Led To Firing Threat

Law360, New York (May 15, 2017, 8:20 PM EDT) -- A partner and practice group head in Proskauer Rose LLP’s Washington, D.C., office launched a $50 million gender bias lawsuit in federal court Friday accusing the firm of paying her less than male colleagues and threatening to fire her when she came forward with her concerns.
