Fed. Circ. Vacates Conduct Ruling Over Door Patent

Law360 (March 18, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal circuit court has decided in favor of Larson Manufacturing Co. in its patent infringement suit against Canada's largest storm door maker, throwing out a lower court ruling that Larson engaged in inequitable conduct by withholding prior art from a re-examination panel.
