Insurers On Hook In Lone Star Asbestos Suit: Court

Law360 (March 19, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Connecticut Supreme Court has ruled that American Home Insurance Co., Hartford Accident & Indemnity Co. and National Union Insurance Group Inc. are not entitled to summary judgment in an insurance dispute with Lone Star Industries Inc. over the cost of various asbestos claims, reversing a decision by a lower court.
