Law360, New York (March 19, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- As Clifford Chance LLP holds a vote on cutting back on the size and shape of its partnership, other firms are likely to take stock of their own partnership structures as they continue to grapple with navigating through a seemingly endless economic storm, according to legal experts.

This week, Clifford Chance partners are expected to cast ballots on whether and where they should apply the scalpel to a group that currently consists of 633 equity and nonequity partners.
