High Court Urged Again To Find AIA Reviews Unconstitutional

Law360, New York (May 18, 2017, 5:53 PM EDT) -- Oil States Energy doubled down on its efforts to get the U.S. Supreme Court to weigh in on the legality of America Invents Act inter partes reviews, saying Monday that they’re unconstitutional because the Patent Trial and Appeal Board has no authority to invalidate patents.
