Colo. Senate Nears Vote On Oil, Gas Drilling Rules

Law360 (March 19, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Colorado Senate is expected to have a final vote early next week on new natural gas and oil drilling environmental rules after they were approved by a joint legislative committee, putting the rules on a path to go into effect by April 1.
