Law360, New York (March 19, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Relying on a recent Indiana Supreme Court decision about the statute of limitations on the state's environmental cleanup law, a federal appeals court has vacated a lower court's ruling that Commercial Logistics Corp.'s suit against ACF Industries Inc. over the cleanup of a former railroad car manufacturing facility was time-barred.
