IRS Looks To Enforce Teva Summons In Charity Inquiry

Law360, Washington (May 19, 2017, 9:30 PM EDT) -- The IRS told a Pennsylvania federal court Thursday it has met all the requirements to enforce a summons against Teva Pharmaceuticals in the agency's investigation into whether a medical assistance charity exchanged benefits for donations.
