H1-B Visa Applications Down Amid Economic Slump

Law360 (March 19, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The economic downturn has severely decreased demand for visas covering highly skilled workers, but lawyers said government leaders need to address the caps placed on H-1B visas because the need for workers will return when the economy rebounds.
