Stryker, Zimmer Get Kickback Suit Dismissed

Law360 (March 20, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has thrown out an antitrust case brought against a group of orthopedic device makers including Stryker Inc. and Zimmer Inc. by two plaintiffs who claimed a kickback scheme stifled their ability to compete in the replacement hip, knee and joint market.
