La. Court Revives Cleanup Suit Against Two Oil & Gas Cos.

Law360, New York (June 2, 2017, 4:55 PM EDT) -- A Louisiana appellate court has revived an oilfield cleanup suit that previously saw a jury let two oil and gas operators off the hook on claims they violated remediation provisions spelled out in their leases of oil property in the state.
