Organon Denied Ex Parte Contact In NuvaRing MDL

Law360, New York (March 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Organon International Inc. is not allowed to have ex parte communications with plaintiffs' health care providers in the multidistrict litigation over the drug company's NuvaRing contraceptive, a federal judge has ruled.
