Cybersecurity Firm Illumio Raises $125M In New Funding

Law360, New York (June 7, 2017, 5:45 PM EDT) -- Privately held adaptive cybersecurity company Illumio has closed on a $125 million funding round that will be used to fuel its growth in the data center and cloud security sectors, the company said Wednesday.

A host of existing venture capital investors including Andreessen Horowitz, General Catalyst, Data Collective and Accel, as well as San Francisco-based investment service 8VC, participated in the funding round, along with unnamed new and existing investors, Illumio said, led by J.P. Morgan Asset Management.
