Most Digital Firms License, Enforce IP Rights: Survey

Law360 (March 24, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- About 63 percent of licensing professionals from the digital information computers electronics sector have entered into licensing deals to settle or avoid litigation or enforced intellectual property rights instead of trying to work out business development opportunities, according to an IP licensing survey.
