Law360, New York (June 9, 2017, 5:44 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency took a step forward on President Donald Trump’s efforts to rescind or revise the Clean Power Plan on Thursday by sending a review of the rule to the Office of Management and Budget for analysis, according to a notice posted on the OMB's website.
