No Appeals For Coverage-Only Rulings: Ohio Court

Law360 (March 24, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Supreme Court of Ohio has ruled that when a trial court finds that a party is entitled to coverage under an insurance policy but does not decide whether the party is entitled to damages, that decision is not yet eligible for immediate review by a court of appeals.
