Wyeth Loses Bid To Extend Exclusivity For Cydectin

Law360, New York (March 24, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal district judge has denied Wyeth Holdings Corp. a 10-month extension on its patent for Cydectin, an animal parasite control medication, saying the U.S. Food and Drug Administration had correctly calculated the duration of exclusivity that should have been awarded to Wyeth.
