4th Circ. Squashes Termite Killer Price-Fixing Suit

Law360 (March 24, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has upheld a summary judgment ruling for Bayer Corp. and others in a lawsuit brought by a group of pest control providers alleging a conspiracy to fix the resale prices of certain termite-killing products, rebuffing the plaintiffs' application of a landmark U.S. Supreme Court decision.
