Profane Judge Booted From Shell Oil Contract Spat

Law360 (March 25, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appellate judge has ruled that a district judge should have recused himself in a $28 million contract dispute between gas station operator Sentis Group Inc. and Shell Oil Co., saying the trial judge's unusually strong language in dismissing the suit called into question his impartiality.
