Keker Van Nest & Peters LLP partner Christa Anderson said some of her male opponents have made "very rude" sexist comments to her during litigation. Anderson said she typically documents those comments in detail and shares them with the court if necessary. She also tries to address them at the time to ensure her opponents know she won't tolerate them, Anderson said....
