Bonanza Creek Ch. 11 Professionals Awarded $17M In Fees

Law360, Wilmington (June 16, 2017, 6:01 PM EDT) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Thursday approved nearly $17 million in fees and expenses for professionals who worked on the Bonanza Creek Energy Inc. Chapter 11 case, which was brought through a quick three-month reorganization that reworked some $1 billion in debt for the oil and gas producer.
