Hospital Can't Dodge Wage-Fixing Class Action: Judge

Law360 (March 25, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A district judge has denied a hospital’s bid to wriggle out of a putative class action launched by registered nurses who claim six Detroit-area hospitals conspired to fix their wages and underpaid them by hundreds of millions of dollars.
