AIG Unit Told To Pay HLTH $1M In Coverage Suit

Law360 (March 25, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Delaware judge has ordered New Hampshire Insurance Co. to reimburse HLTH Corp. $1.1 million for legal costs the health care company incurred defending former officers and directors in a criminal accounting fraud case.

Judge Richard R. Cooch of the Delaware Superior Court on Monday rejected the insurer's argument that it was entitled to a hearing to determine whether the costs were reasonable under the directors and officers policy.
