Hawaiian Dairy Producer Hit With Water Pollution Suit

Law360, New York (June 29, 2017, 3:59 PM EDT) -- A community group and a food safety nonprofit on Wednesday hit a Hawaiian dairy producer with a lawsuit in Hawaii federal court, alleging the company has been polluting nearby waterways with manure runoff for the past five years in violation of the federal Clean Water Act.
