Trump Picks Burlington Stores GC To Lead EEOC

Law360, New York (June 28, 2017, 11:15 PM EDT) -- President Donald Trump has selected Burlington Stores Inc. general counsel Janet Dhillon to serve on the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and take over as its chair, the White House said late Wednesday.

Dhillon, who began her legal career by spending 13 years at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP, will be nominated to serve a term that expires on July 1, 2022.
