Mark Ein's 4th Blank Check Co. Primes $350M IPO

Law360, New York (July 5, 2017, 5:01 PM EDT) -- Capitol Investment Corp. IV, the fourth blank check company formed by veteran investor Mark Ein, filed a $350 million initial public offering Monday under guidance from Graubard Miller, saying the company will use Ein's contacts to identify an acquisition target.

Washington, D.C.-based Capitol Investment plans to issue 35 million units at $10 each, raising $350 million. Proceeds could rise to $402.5 million if underwriters buy an additional 5.25 million units as part of an overallotment option.
