Hobby Lobby Will Forfeit Iraqi Artifacts In Deal With Feds

Law360, New York (July 5, 2017, 8:31 PM EDT) -- Hobby Lobby will pay $3 million and surrender thousands of ancient Iraqi artifacts after federal authorities concluded that the Christian retailer’s effort to build a collection of biblical antiquities ran afoul of customs laws, the parties announced Wednesday.
