Pa. Justices Deny Appeal Over Solar Payment Jurisdiction

Law360, Philadelphia (July 6, 2017, 1:12 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court said Wednesday it would not hear an appeal of a decision allowing a contract dispute between FirstEnergy Corp. and a solar energy producer to be resolved in court and not by state utility regulators.
