Judge's Tweets Don't Merit Recusal, 9th Circ. Says

Law360, New York (July 13, 2017, 6:12 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Thursday upheld a $122.5 million California wildfire settlement, saying that alleged improper tweets by a federal judge were not grounds for recusal.
