EBA Finalizes New Standards For EU Bank Approvals

Law360, London (July 17, 2017, 3:17 PM BST) -- The European Banking Authority on Friday warned banks seeking a license to operate in European Union countries that they will need to submit additional and extensive detail about their operations, organization and a number of other areas in order to comply with new regulatory standards.
