DOJ Challenges Anadarko Win In Royalty Relief Case

Law360 (March 30, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Warning of the potential for the U.S. Treasury to be deprived of tens of billions of dollars in revenue, the federal government is challenging an appellate panel’s January ruling in favor of Anadarko Petroleum Corp. in an oil and gas royalty dispute.
