Pinnacle's Claims Survive Bluestone Challenge

Law360, New York (March 31, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- While a federal judge has refrained from granting Pinnacle Mining Co. LLC a preliminary injunction that would require Bluestone Coal Corp. to pump water from its mine to prevent further damage to Pinnacle's impoundment, he flatly denied Bluestone's attempt to toss claims related to its allegedly illegal mining activities.
