Electric Co-Op Wins Bid To Return Suit To State Court

Law360 (March 31, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A customer-owned electricity generation and transmission cooperative has won an appeal to return to state court a suit it filed accusing public power transmission operators and wholesalers of wrongfully using the co-op's transmission facilities.
