Wash. Hydrogen Fuel IP Spat Stayed For Arbitration

Law360 (March 31, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Washington appeals court has overturned a trial court's refusal to stay a dispute between Global Hydrofuels Technology Inc. and Hydrogen Power Inc. concerning the ownership of hydrogen fuel technology pending an arbitrator's ruling on the issue.

Judge Linda Lau delivered the Court of Appeals for the State of Washington's decision Monday, with all three judges concurring that the trial court should have waited for the arbitrator to weigh in on the dispute.
