Sogeti Can Enforce Predecessor's Worker Pacts: Judge

Law360, New York (March 31, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Finding that information technology consulting firm Sogeti USA LLC has standing to enforce an employment contract between its predecessor and a former employee, a judge has denied the ex-worker's motion to dismiss two claims in a suit accusing him and others of illegally sharing Sogeti trade secrets with their new employer.
