Pa. Court Says State Can't Dismiss Vaping Tax Lawsuit

Law360, Washington (July 20, 2017, 10:31 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge shot down the state’s attempt to ditch a challenge to its state tax on e-cigarettes and non-vape-specific components like batteries Thursday, sending the suit brought by a Harrisburg vape shop back to the state’s court system.
