5th Circ. Lets Lilly Off Hook In Zyprexa Suicide

Law360 (March 31, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After a spate of bad news for drugmaker Eli Lilly & Co. over its anti-psychotic drug Zyprexa, a federal appeals court has affirmed a lower court's dismissal of claims that Zyprexa was responsible for a man's suicide.
