Insurer Must Cover City's Defamation Claims: 6th Circ.

Law360 (April 1, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has upheld a district court's ruling that United National Insurance Co. must pay more than $14.6 million to insure Sterling Heights, Mich., against defamation in its defense against and eventual settlement of claims in two lawsuits lodged by Hillside Productions.
