Ex-Qwest Exec Urges SEC Case To Move Forward

Law360, New York (September 1, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former Qwest Communications International Inc. accountant being targeted in a civil fraud suit, along with former chief executive Joseph Nacchio, has asked a district judge to let his case proceed while Nacchio faces trial on criminal charges.

Frank T. Noyes requested the court permit sworn testimony be used from those not associated with Nacchio’s criminal case, according to a court document filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
