Law360, New York (July 31, 2017, 4:12 PM EDT) -- Epstein Becker Green has expanded its health care and life sciences practice with the addition of a Food and Drug Administration regulatory lawyer from DLA Piper, the firm announced Monday.
Gail Javitt has joined the firm’s Washington, D.C., office and will counsel medical device, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, biological products, human cellular and tissue-based products and dietary supplement companies about FDA regulations, Epstein Becker Green said in a statement.
Javitt said she was drawn to the firm’s expertise in the life sciences and health care sectors, as well as its “collegial” work environment and flexible rates for some of her smaller clients.
