Would-Be Financiers' Breach Suit Toppled By Their Own Lies

Law360, Wilmington (July 31, 2017, 8:42 PM EDT) -- A father-son team of energy conversion financiers had the breach of fiduciary duty claims they lodged against their proposed partners defeated Monday in Delaware state court when a judge determined the pair had lied about their experience when forming the venture.
