Both Parties' Motions Shot Down In Ethyol Patent Suit

Law360 (April 1, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In MedImmune Oncology Inc.'s protracted patent spat against Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. over the cancer therapy drug Ethyol, a federal judge has denied MedImmune's motion for partial summary judgment as to several of Sun's defenses, as well as Sun's motion for summary judgment that the remaining patent-in-suit is invalid.
