Partner Returns To Latham & Watkins After SEC Role

Law360, New York (April 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Alexander F. Cohen has rejoined Latham & Watkins LLP's corporate finance practice after a two-year stint as a high-level policymaker at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under former President George W. Bush, the firm said Thursday.

Cohen has rejoined the firm as a partner in the Washington office and as co-chair of the firm’s corporate finance group, specializing in securities regulation and enforcement.
