Nixon Peabody Draws E-Discovery Guru To DC

Law360, New York (April 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Nixon Peabody LLP has added an e-discovery expert litigator to its Washington, D.C., office to run a new information law group focusing on electronic data protection strategy.

Jonathan Redgrave joined the firm as a partner March 30, along with fellow attorney Andrew Cosgrove as an associate and technology specialist Christian Rummelhoff, as well as a paralegal and an administrative assistant.

In addition to joining the firm's litigation department, the 20-year veteran will also lead the new group, called Nixon Peabody Redgrave, which will concentrate on e-discovery,...
