Obama CAFE Rule Worse Than Bush Proposal: CBD

Law360, New York (April 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Center for Biological Diversity is challenging the Obama administration’s corporate average fuel economy standards for cars and light trucks for the 2011 model year in a federal appeals court, decrying the standards as "illogical" and lower than those proposed by the Bush administration last year.
