Greenberg Traurig's $1M Fee Bid In Syntax Case OK’d

Law360 (April 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The judge overseeing liquid crystal display television designer and distributor Syntax-Brillian Corp.’s Chapter 11 proceedings has approved several interim fee applications, including debtor counsel Greenberg Traurig LLP’s bid for almost $1.3 million in fees to cover the work the firm did from October through December 2008.

Judge Brendan L. Shannon of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware signed an omnibus order approving interim fee applications from Greenberg Traurig, Pepper Hamilton LLP and others on Tuesday.
