Clean Water Restoration Act Reintroduced In Senate

Law360 (April 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- U.S. Sen. Russ Feingold, D-Wis., has reintroduced a bill aimed at undoing limitations on the scope of the Clean Water Act that were imposed by two recent U.S. Supreme Court rulings.
