In July, Pepper Hamilton LLP became the latest large law firm to formalize its cannabis industry group, moving from an informal system of individual lawyers serving clients in the industry to a dedicated firmwide team. Once the realm of sole practitioners and boutiques, the firm followed the handful of others in BigLaw that have recently set up similar groups, including Fox Rothschild LLP, Duane Morris LLP...
